How I work, step by step

1. Before we meet. By the time I walk into your home I have already studied it: what has genuinely sold and let in your area, for how much and how quickly.

2. The valuation. A report with real comparables: asking price, range and floor. If you do not like the figure, it will still be the figure.

3. Presentation. Professional photography, a property dossier and a listing that is written, not copied. Live within 48 hours.

4. The filter. No documentation, no viewing. Your home is not a museum with an open day.

5. Solvency. I score every applicant on a solvency traffic light and show it to you. Only green and amber reach the deposit.

6. Signing. Contract, inventory and keys. All in writing and reviewed by a law firm.

7. Afterwards. I remain your contact. The same one, start to finish.
